Bill Murray to appear in ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ with his first character in a Marvel movie

Bill Murray has confessed that he will appear in ‘ Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania ‘, although he has not revealed what role he will have in the movie. This has happened in an interview for the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine, to which he had gone to talk about his character in the new Wes Anderson film, ‘ The French Dispatch‘. The actor has stated that, although he likes the director ( Peyton Reed ), he does not believe that he will embark on another project that consists of the adaptation of a comic, although at least he already knows what it is to shoot a Marvel movie.

These statements have emerged at the time when he was explaining why he favored some directors more, as is the case with Anderson, with whom he has collaborated nine times. In Reed’s case, he said: “He’s fun, humble, everything you want from a director. And the cheerleader movie ‘  Bring It On ‘, which he made a few years ago, I think is very good. So I agreed, although I’m not interested in these great comic book adaptations as an actor … “. And he remarked that it is most likely his first and last film as part of the MCU.

The new film by Bill Murray and Wes Anderson has recently been released. It is a reflection of the journalistic profession in the 20th century through the fictional magazine ‘The French Dispatch MagazineAdrien BrodyTimothée ChalametBenicio Del Toro, and Léa Seydoux, among others, have also been part of it.
