When it involves flagship Android tablets, it's already known that there don't seem to be many options available. Samsung is nearly the sole brand to stay this segment alive, especially with its Tab S series tablets. The year-old Galaxy Tab S7 line includes a number of the most effective premium Android tablets within the world, and Samsung is simply preparing to update it with the upcoming Galaxy Tab S8 series. With the specs and photos that have recently appeared, we already knew lots about tablets, but lots of latest information from Winfuture leaves almost nothing that Samsung could surprise us with.

The Korean technology giant will launch three tablets within the Galaxy Tab S8 line: S8, S8 Plus and S8 Ultra. The Galaxy Tab S8 are going to be the littlest of them, with an 11-inch LTPS TFT screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. it'll also get a smaller 8,000 mAh battery thanks to its small size, of course.

Next in line is that the Galaxy Tab S8 +, located within the middle with its 12.7-inch Super AMOLED panel, 120Hz refresh rate and 2800 x 1752 screen resolution. The battery on the Tab S8 + is of course slightly larger with a ten,090 mAh cell.

The biggest of all is that the S8 Ultra, which has a tremendous 14.6-inch Super AMOLED screen - it even encompasses a notch within the camera. The screen encompasses a resolution of 2960 x 1848 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Inside is an 11,200 mAh battery; the best of all.

Each model within the Samsung Galaxy S8 line shares many similarities. All three tablets are expected to run on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset paired with an Adreno 730 GPU. The software on Galaxy Tab S8 runs Android 11 with Samsung’s One UI 4.1. On the rear of those tablets could be a dual-camera setting with a 13 MP primary sensor and a 6 MP ultra-wide one. On the front, the Tab S8 will have a 12 MP selfie camera, while the Tab S8 + and Tab S8 Ultra will have dual 12 + 12 MP front cameras. The displays are protected by five-year-old Gorilla Glass 5.

Taking into consideration multimedia entertainment, Samsung will provide quadruple stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. Support for the Samsung DeX and S Pen also are on the list, something you get with most Samsung tablets. Connectivity options include USB-C port, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and optional 5G. Face and fingerprint unlocking methods also will be available to users.

The Galaxy Tab S8 and S8 + are going to be available in two variants: 8 + 128GB and eight + 256GB, while the S8 Ultra will have more memory options, including 8 or 16GB of RAM and 128 or 512GB of internal memory. The memory on each is additionally expandable via a microSD card. Alleged tablet prices also leaked some days ago, suggesting that the Tab S8 could cost between 680 and 700 euros, the S8 + between 880 and 1100 euros, and therefore the S8 Ultra between 1040 and 1220 euros. The new tablets are expected to be unveiled during the Galaxy Unpacked event together with the Galaxy S22 series smartphones.

The S8 series tablets are expected to be released along with the S22 series of smartphones.
