PATEK PHILIPPE, ESSENTIAL ELEGANCE
The latest version reflects the aesthetic canons of the iconic collection, but with a contemporary twist. Beginning with the case that reaches 39 mm in diameter or the silver-grained dial with the small seconds counter at 6 o'clock.
Remove what distracts from the essence of things. A minimalist concept from which Patek Philippe Calatrava also takes inspiration. One of the most iconic men's watches not only by Patek Philippe but in the entire watchmaking scene. The pinnacle of timeless elegance. Made in the early 1930s. Yesterday as today, it has a round case that exudes the shape of the movement, and an essential dial, marked by clarity and legibility, at least decorated with small technicalities. Even the Calatrava “Clous de Paris” Ref. 6119, the latest version presented recently, reflects the aesthetic canons of the collection but interprets them with a contemporary touch. The rose gold or white gold case reaches 39 mm in diameter. However, it remains extremely thin, just over 8mm. While the grained silver dial brings the small seconds counter to 6 o'clock.

An absolute novelty is a hand-wound caliber. Designed and built in-house - boasting 65 hours of autonomy, larger than the previous one but the same thickness of 2.55 mm - for which the technicians of the manufacture have developed ingenious solutions. A distinctive sign (which is also evident from the name) is the bezel embellished by the Clous de Paris decoration, also in the tradition. Calatrava “Clous de Paris” Ref. 6119 is entirely made according to the high-quality standards of the Patek Philippe Seal.
