Corum, Bling-Bling Effect

Corum, Bling-Bling Effect

At first glance, the aesthetic result is identical to that guaranteed by a decorative finish with a glitter effect, designed to shoot iridescent reflections by exploiting the reflective properties of the sequins it contains.

The 45 mm diameter case features the twelve-sided bezel characteristic of the Admiral collection. The 5N rose gold crown, set between the black crown protectors, makes the case water-resistant up to 100 meters.

The dial features a "STOP / START" power reserve indicator at 3 o'clock (the movement holds 72 hours) and a three-minute countdown counter at 9 o'clock, another nod to the racing model's legacy Admiral's Cup.

What changes substantially, however, are the materials selected by Corum to stage the bling-bling effect on their Admiral 45 Automatic Openworked Flying Tourbillon Carbon & Gold (limited edition 48 pieces) without giving up anything in terms of exclusivity.

Specifically, 18-karat gold inclusions are called to float in the bonding polymers at the base of a carbon fiber composite used to forge the case and bezel.

Unique specificity of a highly visible object, also out of the chorus for an automatic mechanism on sight which includes a regulating organ with a flying tourbillon device.
