Sony has hinted at a new Alpha camera for October 21 and judging by the YouTube metadata, it is a long-awaited full-frame A7 IV model without a mirror. Although Sony has not released any information about the said model, YouTube tags reveal much of the camera’s specifications. This includes tags such as Sony E-mount camera, 4K, Eye AF, silent shutter, FTP, 4K60p, 10fps, 33MP, BIONZ XR, All-I XAVC SI, 5GHz Wi-Fi, USB 10Gbps, Creative Look, and more. This list, if accurate, would mean that the Sony A7 IV will be a solid full-format hybrid camera. It remains for all of the above to be officially confirmed, along with price and availability. We will find out all the details on October 21.
