For all passionate fans of RGB lighting from Corsair arrives the latest series of Elite Cappelix water coolers. The RGB lighting performance is truly spectacular and the cooler performance is great.

Corsair’s series of All in One water coolers called Elite Capellix features visually spectacular RGB lighting. If you want to impress the team with your new RGB computer, this is the one for you. Spectacular RGB!

A total of 33 Capellix RGB LED are integrated under the water block cover with the pump. Each of the two built-in 120 mm ML fans has 8 RGB LEDs. With all models from the Capellix series, the Corsair also comes with a separate RGB controller (Commander Core RGB) that allows speed control and RGB lighting for six fans.

Special Corsair iCUE software is also available for adjusting fan and water cooling pump speeds and adjusting and synchronizing RGB lighting. Capellix cooling in operation really looks visually impressive considering the built-in RGB lighting. If you have a motherboard with RGB lighting and a suitable case with several additional RGB fans, Corsair’s Capellix water cooling will allow you to arrange the most visually attractive gaming computer.

Beneath the super attractive RGB glitter, Capellix cooling also hides high-quality components that enable the reliable operation and very efficient cooling of modern multi-core processors. The square water block has a copper base and its dimensions are 56x 56 mm. A centrifugal pump is integrated with it, which is specially designed for the quietest possible operation. The water block with the pump is connected by 280 mm pipes to an aluminum radiator that supports the installation of two 120 mm fans. Here, it is Corsair’s RGB fans with magnetic bearings.

Installation is more or less common and fairly simple, whether you use AMD or Intel hardware platform. We especially emphasize the extremely simple and easy installation of the water block if you use an AM4 motherboard.

Namely, in this case, the usual plastic clips around the sockets are used, which are used to mount AMD’s box air coolers, and you will install the block in the blink of an eye with none additional tools.

Noise is also within acceptable limits. Truth be told, built-in fans are quite noisy at higher speeds, but you can easily solve this by adjusting the speed or speed curve, and Corsair software contains a couple of predefined profiles for this purpose.

The main disadvantage of Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix cooler is certainly the extremely high price. For comparison, the price of this water cooling corresponds to the price of a modern Intel Core i5 processor with 6 cores! Therefore, only RGB fans with deeper pockets will afford it.
