The last series had some better solutions. The Motorola Edge is not as “premium” as it used to be. Motorola has hinted that there could be a flagship for the U.S. market before the end of the 2021 year.

Design and display
Motorola has replaced last year’s metal frame now with polycarbonate. Sure, it has a metallic color, but it’s not the same thing. The frame is thick. Gorilla Glass 3, which protects the front panel, while the back panel is made of layered polymer.
With 169 x 75.6 x 8.99 mm, the Motorola Edge is quite a large smartphone. Motorola kept the weight at only 200 g. It can be a little heavier in the hand.
Only two on the right edge, including a volume switch and a power button/fingerprint reader combination. Motorola has decided not to have a 3.5mm headphone jack on this year’s phone. What is surprising is that Motorola has also rejected stereo speakers. One speaker on this year’s model.
It is IP52 certified, which means it can stand splashes.
Aside from the plastic construction, the screen is what represents the biggest external change between the 2020 and 2021 Motorola Edge phones. While the 2020 model had a curved screen without side frames and a refresh rate of 90 Hz, the 2021 model has a flat screen that has side frames but a faster refresh rate of 144 Hz.
Motorola Edge (2021) has a 6.8 '' LCD screen with FHD + (2460 x 1080) resolution, a width-to-height ratio of 20.5: 9 and a camera cutout at the top. LCD screen. the phone is set to “automatic” speed, which varies the refresh rate between 10 Hz and 120Hz due to battery life. You can set the refresh rate to a static 60 Hz for better durability or a static 144 Hz for a smut experience, but the battery will run out pretty quickly.Battery
Motorola has increased battery capacity from 4,500 mAh in last year’s series to 5,000 mAh this year.
The company claims that the phone should consistently provide two days of battery life. To survive two full days, you need to optimize for a 60Hz display setting. Adherence to the factory display setting (variable up to 120 Hz) brings you closer to one and a half days of battery life. The Motorola Edge supports 30W wired “TurboPower” charging.
Charging a 5000 mAh battery from 0% to 100% takes about 75 minutes, but plugging in for just 10 minutes will give you nine hours of continuous operation. The phone does not support wireless charging.Performance
Motorola has upgraded Edge’s processor to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon on the 778G in this year’s version. Motorola offers the Edge (2021) model with 6 and 8 GB of RAM. It tolerates all possibilities well.Camera
108 MP main sensor. Ultra-wide is 8 MP with a wide field of view of 119 degrees, while the depth sensor is 2 MP. From the front, the selfie camera takes 32 MP photos and lowers them by a factor of 4 to 8 MP. Most images from the main camera are clear enough when there is good lighting.
The 32 MP selfie camera leaves a specific impression. Ordinary selfies are decent enough in solid lighting conditions. Whether you’re shooting with the main or front camera, video recording is limited to 4K at 30 frames per second.
